CC-MCAR02 technical specifications and advantages:
In an axial valve, fluid flows along the radial annulus around the axial valve seat and spring housing, passing directly through the valve with minimal deviation, maximizing speed and reducing pressure loss.
Compared with traditional globe valves, the through flow channel reduces downstream turbulence, provides greater flow for a given pipeline size, and has higher reliability due to the absence of diaphragm tearing or rupture.
By reducing the size and weight of the casing, installation has been simplified, allowing it to be installed in a more compact space without placing too much emphasis on pipeline and valve support methods.
Integration of CC-MCAR02 and DEH system:
In some applications, it is used in conjunction with DEH (Digital Electrohydraulic Control System) systems to achieve higher levels of automation control.
During the process of unit startup, grid connection, load control, and APS (automatic synchronization device) startup and shutdown, precise operations can be carried out according to predetermined logic and instructions to ensure the stable and safe operation of the entire system.
