Fault protection digital output: The module has four 110 Vdc, 325 mA output channels, capable of driving loads up to 35 W. These loads can be resistive or inductive, such as solenoids.

Suppression diode: For inductive loads, each output terminal is equipped with a suppression diode to ensure the safety of the equipment in case of faults.

Comprehensive testing: The output, including the suppression diode, has undergone comprehensive testing and can be used for fault protection applications. The test covers the ability to cut off power, the ability to cut off power through secondary means, crosstalk between outputs, and the function of suppressing diodes.

Power isolation: The internal 110 Vdc power supply is isolated from the external 110 Vdc circuit current, providing additional safety protection.

Secondary power-off device: The output is equipped with a secondary power-off device that allows the watchdog and/or processor to power off the output based on the results of the application function.

CC-MCAR01 interface and connectivity:

IOLINK interface: As the core of the control part, C300 requires the coordination of IO cards. The IO card of C300 is connected to IO through these two pairs of interfaces. Each pair of interfaces can connect up to 40 IOs in parallel, but the total number of IOs connected to two pairs of interfaces cannot exceed 64.

GPS clock source network interface: The C300 controller can use this network interface to connect to external clock sources, ensuring that the time of each node in the system is consistent. If an external clock source is not connected, the time of C300 can be set to come from the server through software settings.

Redundant network port: For redundant C300 controllers, this network port is used for data synchronization between primary and backup controllers.

CC-MCAR01 Compatibility and Scalability:

Used in conjunction with C300 controllers: The Experion series I/O chassis free installation modules and field level network gateways provide physical connections between automation systems and processes when used with C300 controllers.

Input/output module: The input/output module and field terminal are combined in the same area, without the need to maintain a single chassis of electronic components.
