F3236 Main Features:

High reliability:
Compared with relay contactor systems of the same scale, the control system composed of PLC (including F3236 module) has reduced its electrical wiring and switch contacts to hundreds or even thousands, greatly reducing the failure rate.
The PLC also has a hardware fault self detection function, which can issue an alarm message in a timely manner when a fault occurs.

Parameters: including a 16 fold input module, sensor for 1 signal or with safety isolation requirements, input signal of 6mA (including cable plug) or mechanical contact 24V, typical switching time of 8ms, space requirement of 4TE, working data of 5V DC=120 mA, 24V DC=200 mA, weight of 5 kilograms, etc.
Microprocessor: Using two microprocessors synchronized with the clock, each microprocessor has its own memory, one for actual data and programs, and the other for reversed data and programs.
Hardware Comparator: A testable hardware comparator that includes all external access for two microprocessors. In the event of a malfunction, the watchdog is set to a safe state and sends an alarm message.
