133388-01 Features and Functions
Highly reliable and responsive: It is a highly reliable and responsive redundant tachometer system specifically designed for mechanical overspeed protection.
Compliant with industry standards: The system complies with the American Petroleum Institute's standards 670 and 612 for overspeed protection.
Programmability: This system is a PLC programmable control system that allows users to customize and configure according to their needs.
Specification 133388-01
Input signal: Each overspeed detection module receives a signal from an eddy current sensor or magnetic sensor, with an input signal range of+10.0V to -24.0V.
Input impedance: 20k Ω.
Power consumption: Typically 8.0W.
Supported sensors: Suitable for Bentley 3300 8mm eddy current sensors, 3300 16mm high-temperature eddy current sensors (HTPS), 7200 5mm, 8mm, 11mm, and 14mm eddy current sensors, 3300 RAM eddy current sensors, or magnetic sensors.
Alarm and protection
Alarm set points: 133388-01 can be set below or above the alarm level, as well as dangerous (overspeed) set points for speed. All alarm setpoints are set by software configuration.
Alarm time delay: When the frequency is above 300Hz, the alarm time delay is less than 30ms.
Overspeed detection module: provides proportional overspeed speed values, which can be used to monitor the measurement of mechanical speed by the monitor.
system configuration
Voting System: The 133388-01 module can be used to form a 2 out of 2 or 3 out of 2 (recommended) voting system.
Power requirements: The 3500 rack equipped with an overspeed detection system requires redundant power supply.
Module installation: It can be installed in any slot (2-15) on the right side of the framework interface module, but the three module groups must be installed adjacent.
Purpose and Application
Protecting the machine: 133388-01 compares the current machine speed value with the alarm value in the configuration continuously, and drives the alarm system to achieve the purpose of protecting the machine.
Provide information: Provide speed information for key equipment to operators and maintenance personnel.
Configuration and Configuration
The 3500 rack configuration software can be used to configure each channel of 133388-01, enabling it to have various functions such as radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, etc.
