3500-22M Function and Application:
As a key interface between the 3500 monitoring system and compatible software (such as System 1 status monitoring and diagnostic software, 3500 system configuration software), it enables continuous data collection and transmission.
It combines the functions of the 3500/20 Rack Interface Module (RIM) and the data collection capabilities of communication processors (such as TDXnet) for pulse control and counting applications in industrial automation systems.
Data collection and transmission:
3500-22M is connected to M-series monitors (such as 3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.) to continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data.
These data are transmitted to the host software through an Ethernet link for remote monitoring and analysis.
Technical specifications and interfaces:
3500-22M supports USB-B interface, 10Base-T or 100Base-TX Ethernet (adaptive), and 100Base-FX fiber Ethernet.
Equipped with a rack reset button, pre - and post alarm data LED indicator lights, and I/O module relays.
Control pulse function:
In addition to the main data interface functions, 3500-22M 138607-01 also has the function of controlling pulse signal generation and processing, which is used for pulse control and counting applications in industrial automation systems.
